HEAD CHEER COACH

The Head Cheer Coach is responsible for recruiting athletes, teaching proper technique, the safety of the athletes, as well as character development of the cheer team members at Ogden High School. Oversee all planning and preparation. Development of good sportsmanship, practice/work ethic, and positive attitude on and off the court/field for team members and coaches. Responsible for all necessary paperwork, meetings, adherence to district and state policies/procedures, and attending all practices and games/performances. Responsible for coordinating cheer program schemes and philosophies with feeder programs. All other duties as assigned.

 

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent

 * If you are an hourly ESP with Ogden School District, this is considered a voluntary position for which you will receive a nominal fee.
